This hotel is very conveniently located - super close to Waikiki beach. We also liked that beach towels were provided at the front desk. Our first room had a bathroom that was so small, the door would hit the sink when you tried to open it. We asked to move rooms and agreed to pay an upgrade fee for a larger room. Our next room was indeed larger but was on the 2nd floor right above the restaurant/bar (we didn't realize this until night time). I was shocked by how loud the music was at night. I don't understand why they allow karaoke on weeknights until 2AM. The room had jalousie windows, so it was also loud as heck in the morning/during the day. We came at a cooler time of year, but I imagine it'd be pretty hot during summer months. Overall, this hotel was AFFORDABLE & CONVENIENT, so you can take my review with a grain of salt.

We didn’t love our stay. We were located in the Tapa Tower. While it was a renovated room, there were a number of defects in the room and the AC was incredibly noisy. The pool areas were dirty, the staff especially those at the pool looked miserable, the ponds/water features all needed to be cleaned. You pay a lot of money for a pretty average experience. The location isn’t great, the only plus is being close to Alamoana mall but you can get there for $6 on the Waikiki Trolley from anywhere along Waikiki so is sort of redundant. The food options are pretty average, we ended up getting food delivered. Also, not having any self-service laundry on-site is criminal. We won’t be back and we won’t be recommending it to people.
