However, I was pleasantly surprised, the food was fantastic, the bed was super comfortable and the service was outstanding. The room was delightful too, although I was upgraded which was amazing. "

"Just back from a 3 night stay. We had a fantastic time. The cottage was perfect. Spotlessly clean and in a really good location. Plenty of pubs to choose from in Dolgellau and in a good spot for day trips to Barmouth and Bala. Communication with Finest Retreats was spot on from start to finish."

"We did a 3 night stay in this property. The main thing we were disappointed by was that it wasn’t disclosed that a heavy machinery rental business was directly next to the property. There was construction that happened and the house shook. The kitchen was well stocked with the basics. The fridge is very tiny, but the market is right at the end of the drive so it was easy to shop by day. It took us 2 days to figure out the hot water, but once we did our showers were much warmer.
