"Pretty pension with pools just footsteps from your door. Nice view, rooms with private spa. The room was modern and spacious. The floor-to-ceiling window allows a perfect view from the first floor to the sleeping loft. We had a nice stay as our purpose was a creative getaway without distractions. As with most of the pensions in the area, Korean is their language, but if communicated in advance they can get assistance from friends to translate messages in English. Had the largest place (large bedroom/living room area separated from entrance/kitchen and bathroom. Very clean and fully equipped for cooking."

Kitchen was fully furnished and had everything you could possibly need including essential condiments. Very clean with big enough fridge for a family of four. "전용주차장 있고요 가는날 갑자기 찬바람 불어서 걱정했는데 바닥 너무 따뜻하게 보일러 해주시고 혹시나 추울까봐 전기장판도 침대마다 설치해주셨어요 저희는 전기장판 사용하지 않았어요 충분히 따뜻했어요 숙소는 깨끗하고 수건도 넉넉히 주셔서 다 못쓰고 왔네요 어매니티도 대용량으로 놔주셔서 부족함 없었어요 화장실이 하나라 아침엔 순서를 지켜야했지만 어느누구하나 불평없었네요^^ 드립커피 기계가 있어서 아침마다 커피사러 나갈일 없이 맛있게 먹었어요 무엇보다 사장님 부부께서 매우 친절하십니다~ 필요한거 없는지 마주칠때마다 물어봐주셨어요 정말 편하게 쉬다가 갑니다~ "

"저는 프리미어 더블룸을 예약했고 더블침대가 있는 방을 안내받았습니다. 룸에는 더블 침대에 싱글사이즈 이불이 덮여있었어요. 이불이 너무 작아 프론트에 교체를 요청하니 수량이 부족해 싱글이불밖에 없다며 싱글이불을 하나 더 가져다 준다고 했습니다. 잠시 후 직원이 싱글이불을 가져왔길래 나름 4성급 호텔인데 이불 사이즈가 없는 경우는 처음이라 당황스럽다고 했더니 본 호텔은 임대 호텔이라 별같은 건 의미 없다는 답변을 받았습니다. 이게 호텔 직원한테 들을 적절한 답변이었는지는 모르겠지만. 호텔이 직접 지은 건지 임대인지가 중요하지 않았지만, '임대호텔이라 크게 투자도 관리도 안하는 호텔입니다.'라는 인상을 주셔서 안타깝네요. 이후 노후된 시설이며, 객실 구석의 먼지, 욕실 샤워부스의 검은 물때와 곰팡이까지 눈에 들어오며 아.. 임대호텔이라 그런가.. 싶었습니다. 물론 아니겠지만, 저런식의 대답은 호텔과 직원에게 아무런 도움이 안된다는 것을 알았으면 좋겠습니다. "We are very happy we found this place and will stay here again when we visit Yeosu area. Our room was clean, comfortable, spacious, and had amazing ocean views. The staff was friendly and helpful and we appreciated having the emart 24 on-site. Wonderful experience all-around for a reasonable price!"

Good for family trip, but pool ticket unreasonable

"The facility itself was nice, but the management could improve…a lot..! Room condition was fine, clean enough, comfy and large beds, nice big dining table, good view of the ocean and the pool. The ticket for the pool was too expensive considering how it includes everything (pools in La Terrace resort and water activities, which we didn’t want anyways). La Terrace water park…many of the jacuzzis weren’t running, pools and kids slide area, indoor pools had too much wear and tear, perhaps molds. Unless you rent overpriced cabanas, there’s no place to sit for a while. Calacatta’s infinity pool was nice but the water was a bit too cold.. even though I think the website advertises that the pools at this resort runs all year round with warm water. "
