"The check in time is very short but the keys are prepared and information was clear so I could check in without a problem. My room didn't have AC so it was quite hot when the temperature was around 30 . The pedestal fan was very helpful but not enogh. Overall I liked the place. "

The lady who answered the phone sent email begrudgingly and really didn’t want to help. Her response was well if you don’t like it you can ask for refund! "This worked well for our large family group (9 adults, three teens, and our 3-year-old grandson). There is lots of room. We only had one night as we were between visiting Villandry and Chenonceau. This was a side trip for us as we were on our way to Bastogne, Belgium. Despite being there for a short time, Eloise was very accommodating and excellent in her communications with us. We are thankful for the opportunity to stay here!"

"The property has a stunning view and a great scenery. but the houses are very soberly furnished. no TV, no sofa, no wardrobes in 2 of the 3 bedrooms. no shower cubicle. in the kitchen there were very few tools. In the garden, there where no chairs or umbrella provided outside, only an uninviting picnic table"

"We thoroughly enjoyed our week at Pierre et Vacances in Loches. The apartment was clean, quiet and quite spacious (for the 2 of us) and we had a nice balcony overlooking the town. The parking was very good and it is a few minutes walk into the town where there are several places to eat."

"We had a wonderful time at this house. There were only two of us but it can definitely accommodate a larger group. The house was just what we envisioned when looking to find a place in this area and it was just as pictured. Pascal and I believe his wife met us when we arrived and showed us around / gave us a tour of the house and property. The area seemed very centrally located to various day trips we wanted to take in the loire valley. This was a great house - we would definitely stay here...

"Le seul point d’amélioration concerne l’équipement de jardin (chaises, transat...) qui sont hors d’âge et rafistolés. Petit point négatif : la piscine située à l’ombre et donc faiblement réchauffée par le soleil (entre 10:00 du matin et midi). Difficile d’entrer dans l’eau surtout en période de canicule.
