"Jimmy in the ski shop was amazzzing! And the shuttle drivers. Very disappointed that when we took dirty towels (very dirty) on arrival to reception no apology or acknowledgement of how something like that wasn’t acceptable! Given cost and added charges we incurred it did make us not want to return. Nobody wants to find towels brown stained. The spa treatments were amazing and girls were very lovely. "

"Location stupenda casa molto bella. L accesso non è facile (auto a circa 200 metri e accesso in strada dissestata in forte salita). Per portare i bagagli necessario aiuto di un pickup, garantito al checkin ma non fornito al checkout, e questo è un problema. Unica nota sulla casa: il piano seminterrato, fornito di sei posti letto e un bagno, è un vero e proprio scantinato, con inevitabile umidità e la presenza di tanti ragni. Davvero difficile da abitare. Confortevole invece il piano superiore....

We loved the way the windows opened fully so we could enjoy the wonderful views of the mountains having breakfast. "Loved this property, our room and the staff. They have a reservable spa, with hot tub, outdoor pool, sauna. Also, its and elevator ride away for Parc Therme, which is a reservable day spa, go early afternoon for a great themed and unique water healing experience. The restaurant and food was very tasty, we just ate there. Quiet non-touristy mountain town. Quaint."

"This was a great gem in Chamonix area. Away from the hustle of the center of the town but easy access to town and to fabulous hiking in the area. The spa area with free access was amazing. The staff there especially Suzana with her friendliness and knowledge of the area was amazing. Carla & Ivoy were super helpful and great to deal with. Loved would stay there again. Incredible and a great price. They offer laundry room as well. Thanks to everyone there "
