"The apartment was exactly as pictured with a gorgeous view of the lake! The area is private and quiet. Laura was so kind to us! She picked us up at the train station and took me grocery shopping. "Un accueil excellent et flexible. Notre séjour a été tumultueux, entre trains retardés et enfant malade. Nous avons reçu un accueil et une empathie rare à trouver dans les établissements hôteliers de nos jours. J'aime les grandes maisons pour la valeur ajoutée aux séjours. Aucune maison 5* où j'ai logé n'a fait preuve de tant d'empathie et humanité. Cette maison m'a enseigné de revoir mes standards de snob.
