The staff were outstanding—always warm, friendly, and ready to assist with anything we needed, whether it was recommendations for restaurants or directions to local attractions. Their hospitality truly elevated the experience. The rooms were spacious, beautifully designed, and incredibly clean. The comfortable bed and thoughtful amenities made it feel like a home away from home. It’s evident that the housekeeping team takes great pride in their work. The location of the hotel couldn’t have been more perfect. Situated close to key attractions and public transportation, it made exploring Milano a breeze. Whether we wanted to shop, dine, or sightsee, everything was within easy reach. Overall, Uptown Palace Milano exceeded all my expectations. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting the city. I’ll definitely be staying here again on my next trip to Milano!
