I couldn’t fault the staff, they were so friendly and helpful. As I am disabled they gave us a room near the lift for convenience. The room (318) was lovely and clean and they arranged a disabled seat and extra handrails in the shower. The room was incredibly noisy as every time anyone used the lift you could hear it in the room. The disabled toilet on the ground floor wasn’t working. Would I stay there again - yes but I would want a room a little further from the lift.

Lovely Budget Hotel... Very clean, exceptional staff, delicious buffet breakfast, wonderful bed and fresh linens... But, please add a little fresh paint & change the badly worn carpets. The carpets and paint give a negative impression on arrival. Will happily stay in this hotel on my next visit.
