Reservation Terms: Full rent is due immediately unless a payment plan was pre-approved.

Check-in/Check-out: Check-in is at 4:00 pm, and check-out is at 10:00 am. Early check-in or late departures require prior authorization and may incur a $25 per hour fee.

Events/Parties: Events or parties are not allowed.

Pets: Not all properties are pet friendly. (ONLY DOGS ALLOWED AT PET FRIENDLY PROPERTIES) Where allowed, pets require pre-approval before booking and a $75 fee PER pet will be assessed and must be paid prior to arrival. Approval of pets are determined by several factors. Ex: age, weight, breed, amount of shedding and sex. If approval is granted but the pet fee(s) are not paid, a pet will be considered unauthorized. A $500 penalty (per pet) will be assessed to the primary guest if there is evidence that unauthorized animal(s) were outside and/or inside the cabin at any point during your stay. In addition, a group with an unauthorized pet might be asked to immediately depart, with no refund. In any event, damage done by a pet will incur an additional charge, whether authorized or unauthorized.


Smoking/Fireworks: Smoking, vaping, and fireworks are not allowed on the property.

Damage: Guests are responsible for any damages and must report them to management immediately.

Courtesy: Please observe quiet hours from 10 pm to 8 am.

Cancellation: We abide by the cancellation policy agreed to at booking.

Home Furnishings: Please do not rearrange furniture.

Amenities: Management has 24 hours to repair amenities.

Fire Safety: Follow fire pit rules, and guests are responsible for any fire damage.

Off-Highway Vehicles (OHVs): Operation of OHVs is not permitted on the property but street legal vehicles are allowed on public roads.

Trailer/RV Parking: RV parking requires pre-authorization and a $25 nightly fee.

Hot Tub: If this home has a hot tub (not all homes have hot tubs), please follow hot tub guidelines; a $150 charge applies for "drain and fill."

Wi-Fi: As cabins are frequently located in a rural area, please be prepared for slow/spotty Wi-Fi and internet. Management makes every effort to ensure the Wi-Fi is in working condition, but cannot guarantee the internet will always be reliable, and will not permit refunds due to Wi-Fi/internet issues.

Capacity: Adhere to agreed-upon guest numbers.

Management is not responsible for the following: fires, smoke, algae bloom, water levels of the lake, lack of snow, abundance of snow, changing of the seasons, temperature highs, temperature lows, power outages, rain, mud, ice, etc. We are also not responsible for insects and/or animals (including: mosquitos, ants, spiders, bats, bears, deer, mice, mountain lions, bobcats, any animals that get into trash, or their droppings.) With being located in the mountains, we do our best to prevent these issues, however there are instances where it is inevitable. There will be no refund for any of the above listed issues. Working Vacation
This was the perfect little property for our working vacation. Plenty of room to spread out my work and laptop and in the perfect location for my husband who was working on a new cabin in the area. It was also the perfect place to unwind and the views from the back patio and hot tub were perfect. The hot tub was the best place to unwind and look at the stars! We liked it so much we will be renting it out for another week while my husband continues to work.

January ski trip
This is a perfect property for two couples for an Idaho ski adventure. The house is well appointed, clean and comfortable. The hot tub is very private and the ski in-ski out trails are just a short walk away. Five star experience!!

The Village at Tamarack Resort
We loved the property and surrounding natural beauty! Although it seemed like every message was from a different employee of the property management, the responses were quick and helpful. Their listing descriptions are somewhat generalized, but there actually is a hot tub next to the back patio (no picture) and the ski lift was visible through the back sliding glass doors. Kitchen was stocked with appliances (instant pot, magic bullet) and even some hot cocoa. The gas fireplace turns on/off with a convenient switch. Stargazing was an amazing at night, and the week days in October were pretty void of other visitors to the village, so we got to enjoy the golden Fall colors all to ourselves. Would definitely visit again, and hopefully soon!
