"We have arrived 9.30 pm and still there were someone to greet us and passed us the key it was clean tidy room with clean sheets and many pullows and quilts clean bathroom. Breakfast was buffet with everything you needed all inclusive over all we had a good night sleep and a full stomach in the morning will stay there again. "

"Wir waren vom 15.09.2024 bis zum 26.09.2024 im Chalet Amsel in Donnersbachwald. Die Unterkunft war großartig, einfach super. Zimmer waren sehr großzügig und sauber. Es fehlte an nichts, außer eventuell tiefe Teller. Die Umgebung ist sehr ruhig, einfach toll zum entspannen und zum erholen. Wir haben viele Wanderungen unternommen und wir trafen nur nette Menschen. Wir kommen sehr gern wieder. "

"Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt , in diese top ausgestatteten Haus , in dem es an nichts fehlt! Leider waren wir dennoch enttäuscht , da der in der Ausstattung erwähnte Pool , schlicht und ergreifend nicht vorhanden ist! Was besonders bei unseren Kindern für Unmut sorgte und den sonst so guten Eindruck der Immobilie trübte. Auch das kleinere Wartungsarbeiten und Schönheitsreparaturen nicht erledigt werden bzw. vom Hausmeister vor sich her geschoben werden. Ein kaputtes Rollo oder eine nicht...

"The hotel is advertised as having AC, this was a key element in my decision to book this hotel. Apparently they turn it off when it gets cold, according to them and other guests should just open the windows. We were promised that the hotel manager would contact us as we complained about it. That was on Saturday and we checked out on Monday. I have yet to hear back from her or anyone in the property. The receptionist offered us another room where they opened the windows. How did i not think of that? I asked to get at least a fan but i'm only a paying customer, why should i get a response? The hotel images, suggest that it is somewhat secluded. This is not the case as i was woken up by trains passing nearby (100-200m) at 7am. We had to sleep with open windows... Not my ideal vacation. The only bright side in this hotel was the F&B staff who were super friendly and helpful."
