Ideal location but not sure how it’s a 4-star rating. Staff were nice enough but not entirely helpful- not mentioning things like where the breakfast is or even the direction to the rooms upon checkin! Biggest gripes were the bed - SO uncomfortable - and the noise. We heard everything from the room upstairs including their television, talking, furniture moving and footsteps, so sleep was disturbed further (once finally able to fall asleep on the bad mattress!). We did always have our bed made and toiletries topped up but minimum expectations of a ‘4-star’ hotel. Breakfast was average, thank goodness included.

I wonderful Venice hotel with lots of charm. It’s was located right beside the Rialto bridge, a tons of restaurants and shopping.

Great location and most of the staff were wonderful to deal with.

We stayed here for New yrs Eve and New yr in the canal view rooms with balcony.This is amazing place and the location is very convenient for restaurants and ferry. The staff was very helpful, and went above and beyond with our needs. The place is very clean and neat.

Excellent location and very polite and helpful staffs , we will definitely go back again
