Ruth's - Two Bedroom House, Sleeps 4

A detached two bedroom converted coach house in the heart of Charminster. There is a large farmhouse style kitchen/dining room perfect for a family get together. The entrance hall leads to the cosy living room, with patio doors leading to an enclosed and sheltered courtyard.
The family bathroom and small utility room also lead from the entrance hall. Upstairs are two bedrooms and a small cloakroom with sliding door. To the front of the cottage there is a private parking area for one car.
Size:  sleeps 4 in 2 bedrooms  Beds:  1 x twin, 1 x double Rooms:  Living room, kitchen/dining room, G/F bathroom, utility room, 2 x bedrooms and a cloakroom Kitchen and Utilities:  microwave, range cooker, dishwasher and fridge/freezer   Entertainment:  TV,DVD For families: cot, stair gate, booster seat available on request(please bring your own cot linen) Outside:  Courtyard with seating area and BBQ Parking:  Private parking for 1 car General:  WiFi, non-smoking, linen/towels provided (please bring your own beach towels) Pets:  1 small pet
