Great location convenient to St Pancras Train station and other things to see nice restaurants and pubs nearby. Very helpful staff. It is snug but worked perfect for a couple. Will be staying again soon.

This property is old and service level is very poor, they don’t clean the rooms after 11am. This is nowhere close to the 5star and service you would expect from Taj Hotels.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay! The staff was friendly the accommodations comfortable, and eco-friendly and the food delicious! Also, the location is so convenient to museums, theater and shopping! You couldn’t ask for a better combination!

"Even the smallest room was 'Luxe'. Absolutely everything was beautiful, food was delicious and staff were friendly and helpful. Everywhere was spotless and the finer little details down to the duck in the bathtub was charming. I can't wit to go back."
