"The apartment is near the port of Cala Gonone and is perfect to get to all of the local beaches, shops and restaurants. Lovely and spacious apartment with very useful bits and pieces like the umbrella which we used on beach days, Tupperware which we used for pack ups, a cool box with cool packs and shopping bags. "Room was clean and had everything you need but as is usual for Italy, the beds were extremely hard and uncomfortable. I had to sleep on my pillows. Also, buffet breakfast was blah for 10 euros."

"We were so sad to leave this lovely house in Baunei. We enjoyed our stay immensely. The house was charming, comfy, and the AC worked beautifully to keep us cool. "All as described, small cottage but with everything you need for a lovely stay in Santa Maria navarrese. Best suited as a base for beach and day trips! We'd hapilly come back!"

"Giannis house was overall a fantastic stay and a great way to witness Sardinia if you’re not in to hotels. The house was very clean and easily accommodated 10 people ! The checking was a bit troubling as Maurizio doesn’t speak English, but we managed anyway. Be aware of rude barking dogs and steep hills. Else then that choose giannis for an unforgettable holiday!"

"What a lovely relaxed place. The margaida was in a great location, and easy walkable to the restaurants and beaches. Sadly as I had hurt myself and ended up in A&E on our arrival night, it wasn’t the trip I’d hoped for. But the hotel accommodated our very late check-in, lovely breakfast and great quiet safe location to chill and recover. It was a shame the bar wasn’t open when we were there but maybe it is in season. They also didn’t do food that I saw apart from the breakfast. We would stay here again, staff lovely, clean throughout. I didn’t try the spa either but maybe next time we visit! "

"Beautiful pool however they won’t turn on the water jets or fountain in the pool between 10 and 4 pm until the attendant is back on duty. Room was pleasant enough, bathroom and surfaces clean however the floor was filthy and not mopped the entire 4 days we were there. Front desk very helpful and staff pleasant. No pool towels unless you rent by the day for 3 euros. "
