LUMINOUS SEA VIEWS IN SARDINIA, IDEAL FOR COUPLES OF FRIENDS AND FAMILIES!

The apartment is located on the 3rd floor of a nice family building, in Sardinia in Cala Gonone, in a quiet street just 50 meters from the sea.
The attic is very bright and fresh and enjoys a SPECTACULAR VIEW towards the Gulf of Orosei and is the ideal solution for families up to 4 people maximum or for couples of friends.
Reached the 3 floor you will find on your right the entrance door with the word INTERNAL 2. Once you enter, a small hallway will welcome you and on the right you will find 2 nice and comfortable bedrooms - one double and one with 2 single beds, which can be combined into a double bed- with wardrobe and a large window in each room where you can enjoy the fresh air and the magnificent sea and mountain view! :)
Continuing on the left, however, you will find the spacious master bathroom of the house with a bathtub, bidet, toilet, sink and mirror (also with a window).
Beyond the disengagement the apartment will open in an open space which leads to the large veranda which is the real star of the house!
The open space includes a living room area with sofa, TV and small library area and the kitchen area and table where you can prepare all the dishes of your liking. Even from here, you can enjoy during the preparation of a beautiful view, as the kitchen has a large window always with sea view.
Finally, as already mentioned above the VERANDA SEA VIEW furnished with table, chairs and umbrella, from where you can enjoy a breathtaking view along the gulf.
The apartment is located in a central and very quiet area of the village, from where you can easily access a few steps on foot to the sea, beaches and all the amenities such as: playground, supermarkets, bars, restaurants, etc.
Also just below the house there is an area with public parking where you can park your car.

Appartamento discreto, arredamento sobrio, ma piuttosto datato. Lo sconsiglio nei mesi estivi, è veramente troppo caldo, le camere non sono ventilate e non c'è l'aria condizionata. Abbiamo fatto fatica a dormire. Nel bagno c'era un fastidioso odore di fogna. Unico reale pregio è la terrazza ampia con bella vista sul golfo.

Sehr schön gelegene Ferienwohnung
Es waren zehn wunderschöne Tage in Cala Gonone. Der Check in funktionierte problemlos dank der tollen Beschreibung von Federica. Wir fanden alles sehr sauber und ordentlich in der Wohnung vor. Der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin war stets sehr nett, schnell und freundlich. Es hat uns ein bisschen gestört das, das beschriebene Wifi doch nicht zur Verfügung stand. Aber insgesamt eine Top Wohnung mit fantastischen Blick, einer tollen Terrasse und viel Platz. Liebe Grüße an Federica. Es hat uns sehr gefallen.

Magnifique vue sur le golfe d'Orosei
Une semaine pour découvrir la charmante petite station de Cala Gonone, point de départ des bateaux pour les belles plages du golfe. Nous avons beaucoup aimé la très belle vue depuis la terrasse et toutes les pieces de l'appartement. Commerces et restaurants en deux minutes à pied. L'absence de climatisation était supportable fin juin, mais pourrait être un inconvénient pendant les mois les plus chauds...

Zentral und ruhig mit schöner Aussicht
Wir haben die Woche in Cala Gonone sehr genossen. Obwohl die Wohnung sehr zentral liegt, war es erstaunlich ruhig. Der Supermarkt gegenüber und die wunderschönen Lokale 300 m entfernt- ein Traum! Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt.

Posizione eccezionale con market sotto casa e accesso a piedi a tutti i principali servizi di Cala Gonone. Wir hatten es sehr schön in der Ferienwohnung, leider war das Wetter nicht gut, so konnten wir die herrlich große Terrasse nicht genießen..sie hat Meerblick, allerdings im sitzen nur ausschnittartig und ein oder 2 richtige Liegestühle wären perfekt. Bei uns in der Vorsaison war es ruhig, wenn mehr los ist, ist es sicher belebter drumrum. Das Haus selbst ist sehr schön u gepflegt. Unser Bad war wunderbar, die Betten sind auch gut. In der Küche könnte man ein wenig nachbessern, der Herd ist sehr alt und funktioniert nicht sehr gut. Die Vermieterin ist supernett.

Super Ferienwohnung mit bester Lage
Die Ferienwohnung ist für 1-2 Paare oder für eine 4-köpfige Familie ganz gut geeignet. Der Supermarkt liegt gleich neben an. Der Parkplatz kann während der Hochsaison problematisch werden, in der Nähe einen Parkplatz zu finden. Der Strand liegt nur ca. 4-5 Minuten entfernt von der Wohnung.

Nous avons passer un agréable séjour dans cet appartement, avec une vue juste magnifique!! Appartement très bien situé, proche des commodités et des plages!! Je mettrais juste un bémol pour le manque de Clim, les journées et les nuits sont très chaudes et une petite Clim aurait été parfait!! Sinon L hôte Federica est un bijou, d une grande gentillesse et très disponible!! Soucieuse de notre bien être!! Dans l ensemble excellent séjour!!

Grandioser Ausblick auf Cala Gonone
Eine tolle Unterkunft mit grandiosem Ausblick auf die Bucht von Cala Gonone. Aus jedem Zimmer hat man diese Aussicht und die Terrasse ist wirklich ein Traum. Beim Mobiliar und der Ausstattung in der Küche könnte nachgebessert werden.

Haus mit vielen Ferienwohnungen die zu unserem Reisetermin nicht belegt waren. Die Lage ist top, direkt neben einem Supermarkt, in 2 Minuten am Strand und im Ort. Leider war der Supermarkt noch geschlossen. Man hat nur von der Dachwohnung aus Meerblick, dieser ist wirklich traumhaft und entschädigt dafür in den 3. Stock zu müssen. Leider gibt es kein W-lan im Haus und der Empfang war etwa mau. sehr nette und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin

Nous avons passé de très belles vacances dans cet appartement. Situé en plein centre, à deux pas des commerces, des plages et du port. L’appartement est fonctionnel, la vue sur mer est magnifique ! Les propriétaires sont adorables, disponibles et de bons conseils. Federica parle même français ! C’est bien pratique! Nous y retournerons !

La vue, la proximité avec la plage, la terrasse et le ciel étoilé la nuit.
Les photos sont conformes à la réalité, on profite d'une belle vue et particulièrement sur l'un des côtés de la terrasse avec une vue panoramique du golfe. L'appartement est à 50 m de la plage, la logeuse est très accueillante, parle français, et est très arrangeante sur les horaires. Elle a été à notre écoute pendant tout le séjour. Il manque seulement la climatisation au logement, sinon la cuisine est entièrement équipée. On y a passé de super vacances et on recommande ce logement !!

Herrlicher Ausblick
Die Dachgeschosswohnung wartet mit einem herrlichen Ausblick über die Stadt und die Meeresbucht (Golf von Orosei) auf und lässt den Alltag wie auch die Treppenstufen gut vergessen. Die Lage ist hervorragend mit kurzen Wegen zum Einkaufsmarkt, den Stränden und den Lokalen und trotz der zentralen Lage nicht laut. Haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

Sehr nette Wilkommen. Wohnung war sauber und gut eingerichtet. Lage ist Top nur 100 meter von Stadt entfernt. Das Supermarket direkt vor dem Haus. Kein privater Parkplatzt deswegen das parkieren ein bisschen schwierig ist.

L'appartement correspond bien à la description, avec une vue magnifique sur le golf d'Orosei. Nous avons été bien reçu par Véronica, qui est très sympathique et de plus parle le français. Elle connait parfaitement sa région et peut vous guider pour découvrir le golf d'Oresei et ses environs (balade en mer ou sur terre, histoire de la Sardaigne............)
