The staff were fantastic and incredibly helpful. The hotel was beautiful and very convenient. The lack of drawer space in the bedrooms was a little frustrating but otherwise it was a fabulous place to stay.

A little slice of heaven The hotel was lovely, with very good and modern facilities. Beds were comfortable, showers had good pressure and good temperature control. Rooms were cleaned thoroughly on a daily basis. The spa had a good range of treatments, excellent products and well trained staff, with good availability to book at short notice. Reception staff were welcoming and helpful. Staff at breakfast were excellent, remembering preferences and very accommodating. The hotel is convenient to many dining options, the beach and the harbour, where boat excursions to secluded beaches and grotto tours are available. There are plenty of shops nearby. The hotel is a good distance from the airports, with Olbia around an hour and a half away, so explore transport options first if you plan to fly in. Car parking can be difficult, public transport by bus in limited, private car transfers are good, but at a cost.

My wife and I spent the first half of our honeymoon here and it couldn’t have gone any more perfect! Let first start by saying Diego, Valentina, and the entire staff (including Nicola!) went above and beyond for any and everything we needed! This boutique hotel is steps from the beach and located in the heart of Cala Gonone’s busiest strip; but it was still so quiet! I highly recommend this to anyone looking for a great experience! Brand new built in 2024 the rooms and amenities are super clean and comfortable whether you’re in the room or by the pool! Thanks again for taking such good care of us!

What a lovely relaxed place. The margaida was in a great location, and easy walkable to the restaurants and beaches. Sadly as I had hurt myself and ended up in A&E on our arrival night, it wasn’t the trip I’d hoped for. But the hotel accommodated our very late check-in, lovely breakfast and great quiet safe location to chill and recover. It was a shame the bar wasn’t open when we were there but maybe it is in season. They also didn’t do food that I saw apart from the breakfast. We would stay here again, staff lovely, clean throughout. I didn’t try the spa either but maybe next time we visit!

Great hotel with Pool and small spa downstairs. Great facilities and nice boutique size. Staff are very friendly and helpful and Spa and Pool are unique to the area. Parking difficult walk but there is a sister hotel which allows guests to park at

Wir hatten ein Superior-Zimmer mit seitlichem, aber teils verbautem Meerblick. Die Lage zur Promenade und zum Hafen ist ideal – perfekt für Spaziergänge und Bootsausflüge (Tipp: Bootsbude Nr. 6 mit Kiko). Das Hotel ist modern, sehr sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Frühstück top: frische Croissants, Honig aus der Wabe, gutes Rührei, viel Obst und Gemüse, Cappuccino aus der Maschine – nur die Säfte aus Konzentrat und gekochten Eier kalt. Schönes Frühstück im Freien rund um den Außenpool. Der Innenpool im Spa (ca. 10 m) kostet extra, Sauna war leider defekt. Wer eine Massage bucht, darf den Spa-Bereich kostenlos nutzen, aber meist nur mit Vorlauf. Ein kleiner Minuspunkt: Poolhandtücher kosten 3 € extra, sind quadratisch und zu klein für die Liegen. Freundliches Personal, leise Klimaanlage, gute Betten. Nur die Türen sind laut und nachts hört man die Poolbelüftung. Insgesamt ein sehr schönes, modernes Hotel mit toller Lage und sehr gutem Frühstück.

Très belle chambre avec grande salle de bain et grande terrasse. Dommage qu’il n’y ait pas de café/thé dans la chambre et pas de bouteille d’eau chaque jour. Charmante piscine avec beaux transats. Super personnel très sympa. A 50 mètres du front de mer. Pas de parking dans l’hôtel. Pas facile de se garer dans les rues proches : possibilité de se garer dans un hôtel à 300 m. Je recommande

Vorerst wollen wir sagen, dass die Mitarbeiter und deren Hilfsbereitschaft 1A war. Der Grund für die eher negativere Bewertung liegt in der vorab falschen Kommunikation der Serviceleistungen. Wir haben uns für dieses Hotel entschieden, da ein Spa inkludiert war und wollten zum abschalten in den Ruheraum und in die Sauna. Es stellte sich heraus, dass für die Nutzung des Spas separat Eintritt gezahlt werden muss - wer also das Spa nutzen will zahlt extra. Egal ob Hilton, Hyatt oder kleinere Hotels. Es ist mir noch nie passiert, dass man separat für das Hotelspa Eintritt zahlen muss, wenn man Hotelgast ist. Ein weiterer Negativpunkt war, dass man für die Strandhandtücher jedes Mal 3 € zahlen müsste, hätte man es gegen ein sauberes eingetauscht. Und leider hatte auch ich, wie einige Gäste zuvor beschrieben haben, ein Stück Papier in meiner Frittata gehabt. Das Hotel ist sauber. Das Zimmer ist modern, jedoch sehr minimalistisch eingerichtet- Kaffeemaschine oder Lotion sind nicht im Zimmer vorhanden. Dennoch möchte ich nochmals betonen, dass das Hotelpersonal sehr nett ist und stets hilfsbereit war.
