The hotel is well placed near the tube station. Staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms spotless and beds very comfortable. Good choice of food at breakfast….only gripe was that the cooked food was cold by the time we sat down, as it was served on cold plates. Otherwise, no faults… and I would recommend the hotel to friends.

The hotel and stay was exactly as advertised. The staff were courteous and the bed and room was nice. It's convenient to walk to popular spots to eat and tour. We wish the room had a tea kettle or small fridge. The table fan provided didn't work so the staff brought us one from another room

When I checked in, after a long international flight, I had to wait a long time to get keys and they didn’t work. The front desk person acted like it was a nuisance to redo my keys.
