Perfect location; short and easy walk from San Zaccaria waterbus stop (no bridges to cross), then 5-10 minute walk to San Marco and 10-15 minute walk to Rialto. Plenty of restaurants and shops locally. Nice and clean hotel with big rooms and very clean. Friendly staff. Recommended for mid-price in Venice.

Great boutique hotel with charming furnishings that give it a historical feel consistent with being in Venice. The person at the front desk, Dylan, was wonderful. Very helpful and friendly, and went above and beyond to make our stay excellent.

Omar was so helpful with anything and everything we needed. This trip was so amazing and special because he assisted with the planning once we got there. We asked for suggestions along with directions and Omar pulled out a map and started circling drawing and explaining where to go and what to do! Thank you for making my birthday trip such a pleasant and memorable experience!!! Let me add, the breakfast was fit for a king with the spread that was offered and the coffee/ cappuccinos/ Americanos really got our days off to a great start! Thank you again so much!!!
