The room was nice and spacious and the check-in was quick and smooth. The hotel is very close to the main train station too. Overall, it was a good experience.

The hotel is actually split across two seperate buildings. This isn’t a problem but something that’s not obvious from their website. The room was clean and comfortable. But no tea/coffee, fridge, iron, or air con! Not a problem in October but might be in summer! Functional but certainly no more. Benefit is very close to Hauptbahnhof. If you need a simple but comfortable option, this is it.

Looks like an office building, terrible lobby area, grouchy receptionist, no AC, no coffee machine in the rooms, very basic small rooms! Paid over $250 per night ( I think inflated due to Eurocup) . Should be $50-$75 per night. Definitely won’t go back.

ich war ein Wochenende da wegen supremacy in der westfalenhalle und habe mich für dieses Hotel entschieden inklusive Frühstück und ich wurde nicht enttäuscht ich konnte sehr gut schlafen die Betten waren sauber, ordentlich. sehr gefreut habe ich mich über die große Dusche im Bad, weil es in den meisten Hotels nur kleine enge Duschen gibt und hier hatte man sehr viel Platz. von außen sieht es nicht gerade einladend aus und man würde nicht vermuten dass hinter der Türe sich der Weg zu einem Hotel befindet. aber wenn man in den angekommen ist merkt man alles ist neu modern sauber eingerichtet. das Personal war sehr freundlich das Frühstück war ausreichend und sehr gut. vom Hauptbahnhof sind es wirklich nur fünf Minuten zu Fuß bis man angekommen ist. ich komme gerne wieder

Gesamtnote 2,5 - ok. Man muss den Aufenthalt getrennt bewerten, um es treffend zu beschreiben. Das Zimmer war groß und sauber, war alles neu in coolem Style. Für warmes Wasser musste man den Hahn leider mind. 4 min. laufen lassen. Ansonsten war es laut, nichts mit schallisolierten Zimmern. Obwohl das Haus nicht komplett belegt war, hörte man alles. Draußen hörte man den Vekehr und sonstiges, da merkwürdige Nebenstraße. Das Zimmer befand sich in einem Extra-Haus ca. 400 m entfernt vom Haupthaus. Beide von außen nicht sehr ansehnlich. Kein Hotelcharakter, eher Appartement. Zum Frühstück musste man also erstmal nach draußen und dort hin laufen. Das Frühstück war wiederum sehr gut, Angebot Standard, wie überall, aber mit gutem Rührei, reichlich Auswahl und sehr sauber. Personal sehr freundlich. Gut für eine zentrumnahe Übernachtung. Für die Umstände etwas zu teuer.
