"Centrally located, easy access to public transportation and major sights. Free laundry, early arrival luggage storage, excellent communication, and all of the espresso pods we needed(!) made this an excellent choice! Rooftop was only open 10am-10pm, which coincided with our times away from the hotel. Linens lacked a washcloth, so bring your own. Would absolutely stay here again!"

The spa's interior design was stunning, with calming lighting and beautifully arranged spaces. They offered a wide range of treatments; whether you're looking for a massage, facial, or something more indulgent, the spa is a must-visit. "Researched where to stay in Copenhagen over New Year, this hotel was recommended and it didn't disappoint! Wonderful stay overall. Reception and all staff helpful and pleasant. Hotel undergoing changes, so had a few niggles to sort but this was all sorted quickly by email on our return. Would definitely recommend this hotel. Ideally located in a lovely city. "

Ideal airport hotel

"Let's be clear about this hotel... it is right across the street from the airport and a 4 minute walk. The reason we booked it for our last night was our 6:30am flight out of Denmark. They also have a grab-n-go breakfast starting at 3am for those super early flights. They have auto-checkin through a machine that scans your information and spits out your room key such that I didn't even meet any staff. The room itself was basic but clean. Would not stay here for seeing Copenhagen in general if you have lots of days, but for proximity to the airport it's amazing. It's worth pointing out the Clarion Hotel is next door and a slightly closer walk (maybe 2 minutes instead of 4 minutes), and does appear fancier on the inside with the lobby, so it's generally going to cost more and be a slightly more pleasant experience. But Comfort did the trick for us."
