The door doesn’t close without slamming it the room wasn’t clean. There was no breakfast and the dining area was filthy.

It was scary because there were loud altercations outside all night and someone banged on our door at 1am looking for someone. It was actually terrifying.

Came here due to sold out options in Portsmouth & pics they posted online. This place could be way better if they put effort into cleaning and renovating (not the cheap route). Get rid of the idle people living there unless that’s the standard you want for the property. The staff was polite amidst complaints and the location is actually great! Was very nervous parking my vehicle there because of the idle and loud people in the back. My room wasn’t too bad it was fairly clean minus the dust, but other rooms were terrible.

He did allow early check in. Our room smelled like someone smoked in it. The pool was closed and that was why we booked there. I smoke alarm went off every 5 minutes until I had enough at 3am and make them take it down. Obviously not much is or was up to code or even looked after on a regular basis. The odor in the place was something I never smelled before. Place was quiet and in downtown that is all I have to say positively. I tried to call the place 10 times no one can answer the phone. After the guy came in to take down the smoke alarm he left his phone in our room. I had to go get it for him.

This is an old hotel. The room had some wall damage, but it was clean and the bed was comfortable.

I should have read the reviews I do not recommend this facility I did not even stay after a friend checked in and said the room was nothing of what the pictures looked like because it was absolutely filthy. The floors were dirty and there was drug addicts hanging out in the front of the hotel. It was absolutely nothing like the pictures online! Very furious!!! I had to pay for a room for 2 nights and was charged over $400 for nothing! I did not did not stay due to the horrid conditions of the rooms. Do not recommend this place for anyone

This was a terrible experience! The rooms were DIRTY. My first room was outside, directly adjacent to the parking lot. the room was dirty and I felt unsafe with random individuals lurking in the parking lot continuously. I asked for a refund as I did not feel comfortable there, and they told me it would likely not be possible. Out of convenience I settled for a room change - I was changed to an indoor room that was equally as dirty with a foul odor, but I did feel safer inside.

Room was absolutely filthy! Bathroom mirror was broken, what appeared to be masking tape was stuck to the ceiling. What appeared to be blood was dried on the bathroom door. Hadn't had a decent vacuum or dusting. No hot tub as photos show, and pool was " closed for maintenance" Never will I stay again!

The room smelled of smoke, the rug was stained, there was black mold in the bathroom, the bathroom door was broken. There was trash (paper, food, beer cans) strewn on the grounds, in the stair well and throughout the parking lot. Someone in the parking lot sped out. I felt very unsafe with my 16 year old daughter.

The hotel was not open about the set up, thought it would be a hotel however it was a motel and the area did not feel safe. Lots of people walking around in parking lot that seemed like they were “hangout out” and not staying at the hotel. Room smelled like cigarettes. Was told after that the hotel used to be advertised as a discount inn but changed ownership. All I saw was a rough paint job covering up an old venue. Was very disappointed for the price I paid for the night, spent less the next night for a better hotel down the road.

This was one of the most horrific hotel stays I’ve had in my entire life. At check in I was given two keys to my room that didn’t work. I went downstairs to get another one and that one didn’t work either. After trying for a third time, I had to get a manager to let me out every time I wanted to leave my room. Call the hotel an inn is very misleading. It really is two-story motel with filthy carpets on the outside hallways and a loud parking lot where people were partying until 3 AM. It was a transient crowd and I’m told that there are people who live in the hotel full-time. Twice someone wiggled my door knob in the middle of the night. Because I have to walk to thru that parking lot to get anywhere, I was afraid to leave my room. Right outside my door were two wet socks are on the railing that were there until I left this morning. And for what it’s worth, the pool wasn’t working. Most egregious of all though, I paid $655 for a two nights stay when the average price for this hotel is usually a little over 100 per night. Because it was visiting weekend at UNH, and it was the only hotel that had room for me 10 mile radius I was gouged. Expedia, you should look into hotels closer. I spend thousands of dollars on your site every year for myself and my clients and I am infuriated. I I wouldn’t even like my money back or a credit on your site for this. It’s unforgivable.
