"Extremely nice home. Great location. Within walking distance to food, stores and 2/5 train. Never had an issue with street parking. Very friendly and safe neighborhood. Home was well equipped! Excellent hospitality from the host! We will definitely be returning!! "

"We had a fantastic time in New York, largely thanks to this apartment and the smooth, friendly communication with the host. The location is absolutely perfect — right in the middle of the action, with shops, restaurants, and public transport just around the corner. The apartment itself is a bit dated and shows some wear, but it is clean, comfortable, and has everything you need for a pleasant stay. We would happily stay here again!"

"We loved the house. We had a large party and did alot of cooking - the kitchen was top notch. Great supplies - lots of room and all appliances were excellent. All the rooms were great beds comfy towels great. "

"This was our second stay at Aqua Vista. We love the property. The house is recently renovated and everything is brand new. It is nicely decorated and very comfortable. It is located close to the beach and center of the town with all of the restaurants. The property manager is a great host. We enjoyed our visit to the fullest."

"The house was very nice but not very clean.. there was no toilet paper or hand soap in the bathroom.. there were four balls of dog hair in the corners we were told we can check in by 2:00 and we ended up sitting around till 5:30 to get access.. owner stated that the cleaning crew was cleaning the apartment which was false.. it was being cleaned by the owner who apparently lives there as I was told by the neighbors... I heard a lot of horror stories from the neighbor's about this house... I...

"Great place, tons of room, two washrooms is great for large groups, good location, good kitchen, comfortable beds. Only drawback is it would be great to get another couch or two in the common room. "
