"Everything about the hotel and stay was great except for a couple big things that still haven't been resolved. First off I had some issues with the card I was using as they said I couldn't use it due to it not being in my name. This was the second day mind you. I said ok and could they key in a card number because I have a card in my name however it was a virtual card and I don't have the physical card. "The hotel inside the room and in the corridors had cockroaches, they have a limit of toilet paper, towels and they don't clean, I had to go twice to ask them to clean my room. I paid 3 days and I only stayed 2 for that reason they need to check the rooms much better the manager"

"Great location, great view from our room and parking was reasonable. Bathroom toilet was probably the shortest/lowest one I've ever seen in a hotel. "

"The room was clean. Had someone try and sell me items in the parking lot. I guess that could happen anywhere. The major downfall was there was no hot water both times I tried using the shower. I could get hot water out of the sink but not the shower. Other than that the room was fine."
