"The location and overall impression was good when I stayed with my wife there but on the last day everything was ruined when a housekeeping staff member entered our room without our permission while we were sleeping inside the room. That was unacceptable as it was a severe intrusion to our privacy. I reported to the manager but he responded formally. So I have to call the police and they responded very fast. The only issue was the communication both prior to us arriving and on arrival. We had no contact number and spent 2 hours in reception area before we could leave cases.
