This hotel was undergoing some renovations which is why it did not receive 5 stars. A big plus for us is that it is pet friendly. It has a very good exercise room. What is hurting their review is that I prepaid for my stay through Expedia. When I checked out I was told the hotel did not receive full payment and I was charged an addition 475.00 dollars. I have contacted Expedia and I am still waiting for this double payment to be resolved.

"The staff at this hotel are all amazing. The restaurants and shops on the property and good and convenient. The room I had was quite decent - fairly comfortable, fairly modern. The big issue was that if you have a nice (more expensive) river view, you also get the sounds of the river and surrounding ..."
