"The staff were very helpful and accommodating. Though I was put on hold when calling the front desk for an early check-in, the concierge apologized profusely, and answered my questions without me feeling rushed. The room was spacious, clean. And the area where the hotel is located was convenient for our stay because we had flown in for a concert and all our go-to sites were mostly a 15 minute drive away. I look forward to staying here again."

"This was my first time staying at the hotel, and overall it was wonderful. The front desk had a hiccup at the time of check in (computer systems were offline and they could not complete check-ins). However, they offered me a GC for food/drinks, and 30 minutes later the proceeded to manually get me checked in so I could go to my room. I would absolutely stay here again! "

They held our vehicle past check out by 4 hours so we had time to walk around town before we needed to check it out.
