"The staff was excellent and helpful. The room was very nice, I had a king. They first put me in to a queen room but it was very small and had no window so it felt like a closet. The staff very graciously moved me to a roomier accommodation. It is a very easy walk to many sights such as the art museum and Juarez sreet."

"We stayed over the weekend and unfortunately that meant we heard very loud music coming from a bar or club until 6am on Friday and Saturday night. The hotel itself is really nice, the lobby is cool and the terrace a nice place to relax. They have water coolers on every floor to refill your bottle, and the staff were always friendly. The breakfast is on the 10th floor and has an amazing view! It was a bit more expensive than I expected, but still reasonable. The coffee and tea isn’t self...
