"We were on our way to our destination and just needed a place to stay, so the stay was fine. The room was relatively clean. The location was good, right off of I-40. The facility and amenities need some upgrading. Overall, not bad for the price paid"

"The gentleman at the front desk was very nice. The room was clean with the exception of the bathroom. There was mold around the tub. The beds were comfortable and their were plenty of food options around the hotel."

"Overall good experience. The cabin could have been a little cleaner (refrigerator, dishes, showers). The a/c-heat didn't seem to work but it wasn't terribly cold and was able to make do with the fireplace."

Christmas Vacation
"I loved this place! It was decorated so nicely and made me feel like home. Easy to get to a lot of the state parks to go hiking and close enough to town if anything was needed. I will definitely keep return on future visits to Tennessee."

"8 of us traveled to The Haven for a girls knitting weekend. We had a wonderful time. We had a problem lighting the fireplace which was explained to us over the phone and fixed quickly. We hope to do this again next year. SSKs"
