Between the Mediterranean and Verdon. On the heights of the village in the heart of green Provence. Residence in peace, on a garden of 3000 m2 entirely enclosed with automatic gate and videophone, without any person opposite, full south, in full Mediterranean forest, you will be able to fully enjoy your stay.

The L-shaped villa faces the swimming pool and has three large terraces, a kitchen with PLANCHA XXL and gas BBQ, fridge top, and a dining area with ceiling fan. Large pergola with a lounge lounge for 12 people thanks to the swimming pool heated by heat pump.
The design of the atypical semi-storey and L-shaped villa offers you a large living space of over 70 m2 consisting of an open fully equipped kitchen, induction hob, fridge, wine cellar, central island ... , an adjoining utility room with washing machine 10 kg, tumble dryer ... and a dining room and a TV lounge relaxation area. Two fridge-freezers.

Three sleeping areas for everyone's comfort. Complete baby equipment on request. The linen is provided.

A solar shower in front of the 10 x 5 m swimming pool, 1.40 m deep and with a flat bottom all along and heated by heat pump.

Various sun loungers, outdoor beds, hammocks, lounges are available for everyone to relax.

A play area with swing, slide, trampoline 3. 70 m and wooden hut will delight the youngest, without forgetting the games and toys available.

Fabulous Stay!
We’ve had a great time at the Villa, Anna was super responsive in the lead up to it and we also had a local contact which was helpful. We were 2 families with 4 kids in total ranging from 14months to 15years and the place was great for them all. We really appreciated the baby bed (with a real mattress!), baby bed linen and highchair provided as well as the various toys and play opportunities inside and outside. The trampoline and pool were the biggest hit! The location is convenient but be aware that quite a lot of driving will be required to see the region. Having said that we found some lovely attractions very close by - Aoubre, Turtle Sanctuary and the wonderful Peyrassol winery. Thanks Anna & Dan!

Superbe séjour a flassans sur issole, belle villa dans les hauteurs, tout est fait pour passer un agréable séjour a plusieurs ! Je met 4 étoiles 🌟 car je pense qu'il y aurait quelques petites choses à faire au niveau des infrastructures ( table ping pong , sécurité piscine pour les plus petits, et quelques détails ... ) ! Au plaisir d'y retourner, je recommande ! Anna et Dan sont très sympa !

De très bonnes vacances dans une villa magnifique
Nous avons passé un magnifique séjour dans la maison d'Anna et Dan, qui nous ont donné beaucoup d'informations avant notre arrivée, et qui ont répondu très rapidement à nos demandes pendant notre séjour. La maison est très spacieuse, et bien équipée pour y vivre confortablement à 3 familles. La taille et la profondeur de la piscine sont idéales pour les enfants (de 8 à 13 ans dans notre cas). La climatisation de l'espace de vie est un plus, quand la chaleur extérieure est trop dure à supporter :-) Comme la maison se situe très au calme, dans un quartier résidentiel, la voiture est nécessaire pour atteindre les commerces les plus proches. Finalement, la maison est tellement agréable que nous n'avions pas à bouger pour apprécier ces vacances. Merci Anna et Dan, et leurs sympathiques amis qui ont géré notre accueil !

Superbe location!
Tres agréable maison avec grand jardin bien aménagé, très jolie piscine. Ses équipements intérieurs et extérieurs permettent de passer un excellent séjour pour les adultes comme pour les enfants. Tout y est organisé avec goût et fonctionnalité. Nous recommandons ++ !

Villa dans un cadre privilégié
Très bonne semaine entre amis dans la villa flassanaise. Nous avons pu profiter de ce séjour en groupe en toute sérénité grâce aux équipements à la pointe de la maison et grâce à la terrasse avec piscine aménagée avec goût et soin. Le lieu est idéal pour bénéficier d un environnement calme au cœur de la pinède Provençale et un bon point de départ pour toutes sortes d activités : découverte des gorges duVerdon, excursions sur la côte, dégustation de rosé de la région... Anna et Dan, les propriétaires, sont charmants et disponibles.

Bien situé, tranquille, à écart ( un peu difficile à trouver ! ) Places suffisantes pour 13 personnes. Bien équipé avec en particulier une plancha et un barbecue pour la cuisine extérieure. Belle terrasse et piscine bien chauffée. Aire de jeu pour enfants et place suffisante pour pétanque, badminton et autre ... Propriété fermée, accès par un portail télécommandé. Très bon séjour.

Nous avons passé 2 semaines merveilleuses avec 2 familles dans cette maison. La maison est très bien équipée de la cuisine aux chambres. L'emplacement est très calme. Anna et Dan sont très gentils et serviables. Vous ne remarquez pas les deux quand ils sont à la maison. A Flassans, il y a tout ce dont vous avez besoin. Merci!

Sajour parfait. La maison est belle, parfaitement equipée et pratique
Maison spacieuse et esuipee de facon moderne agrementée d une belle piscine au milieu de la foret de pins. L environnement est tres calme et les nuits extremement reposantes ! Belle piscine ornee d une plage en bois. Equopement plancha et barbecue. Equoement general de la maison parfait avec grande cuisine ouverte sur le salon. Climatisation au besoin dans la maison. On rayonne depuis flassans a 40 minutes environ de hyeres, de frejus, des lacs du Verdon et des petits villages environnants. Les proprietaires sont charmants et discrets. Superbe sejour !

Excellentes prestations: pas de surprises. La villa est en tous points conforme à la description et rien ne manque au point de vue équipements. Etat de propreté impeccable. L'accueil des propriétaires était à la hauteur du bien loué. Nous recommanderions cette location sans réserves.
