This villa is located near the Cannet des Maures, Brignoles etc.
The sea and beaches about 40 km and 40 km from Saint Tropez, 45 km from Toulon, Frejus, Hyeres and the islands of Or, 50 km from the Gorges du Verdon (2nd canyon of the world) of Lake St. Croix and the Lake Saint Cassien.
Well located for hiking, mountain biking and VTC and discover a multitude of typical villages with their history and their Provençal charm.

Peaceful haven

We had a fantastic holiday at Villa Cornelius. The Villa is situated in a very peaceful secluded setting. The pool was fabulous and warm and we just wanted to stay beside it and relax all day. The bedrooms were a good size and bathrooms lovely and clean. We were on holiday with friends including two small children and there was plenty of room for all and safe surroundings. Large terrace overlooking gorgeous pool. The owner Cornelio is charming and helpful and keeps the garden and pool area beautiful. Cabasse is a medieval village and surrounding area is full of vineyards where you can go and taste some fantastic wines. Our car was groaning on the way back with all the bottles of wine we brought back. There are a couple of reataurants in the village, we particularly liked the table de Saint Piere. The villa is ideally situated to explore both the Gorge du Verdon region where you can rent electric boats or canoes to travel along the magnificent gorge until you end up on beautiful lake Esparron where there are restaurants to have some good food. We also went down to the coast via Garde Freinet to Port Grimaud and from there took a ferry boat to St Tropez, a brilliant day out. We really had a fabulous holiday and have booked already to go back next year.

Toller Aufenthalt

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Das Haus ist gepflegt, die Küche ist neu und gut ausgestattet, die Terasse, das Außengelände und der Poolbereich sind wunderschön. Die Matratzen der Betten sind nicht mehr die neuesten, aber ok. Es gibt eine kleine Bahn für Boule oberhalb den Hauses. Ausreichend Sitzplätze für 10 Personen innen und außen, ausreichend Handtücher, Liegen am Pool und Sonnenschirme. Das Haus ist wunderschön am Hang im Grünen gelegen, 5 Min mit dem Auto zum Bäcker im kleinen Örtchen Cabasse. 15 Min bis zu den Supermärkten in Le Luc. Der Vermieter Cornelius war zuvorkommend, jederzeit erreichbar und hat uns sogar mit Tomaten aus seinen Garten versorgt. Vielen Dank, wir kommen gerne wieder!

Very nice house with tremendous pool

Really nice house with where we stayed 10 people + 1 dog for 2 weeks . Tremendous pool area. Owner lives next to the house but is very discrete and is only on the premises early morning at approx 07.00 am when he cleans the pools and waters the flavours. The pictures do not justify the nice house and pool.

Maison et jardin agréable et spacieuse

La maison et jardin sont assez spacieuse pour les max 10 personnes et on profite d’une belle piscine (pour les enfants ainsi que les adultes), terrasse, barbecue et terrain de pétanque très soignée. Beaucoup de fleurs et plantes et le propriétaire a partagé un panier de tomates inoubliables (très très bonnes). La situation près du Luc est calme et entre les vignes et collines boisées.

It was a very big, nice house in a very beautiful

It was a very big, nice house in a very beautiful area. It was very quiet there, the swimming pool is very good and safe for little children. The only disadvantages are that there is no airconditioning and that the owner uses a lot of the closets for his own clothes and there is not so much space left over for the clothes of the people who are on holliday.

Zeer rustig in een prachtige omgeving. Geen gebrek aan ontspanning, zwemmen, een partijtje petanque en snooker. En de barbeque kwam ook van pas!

Très belle propriété avec piscine. Un propriétaire accueillant et discret qui fait tout pour satisfaire les vacanciers. Piscine entretenue quotidiennement, le terrain de pétanque est parfait dans une zone ombragée. Très agréable lors de cet été brûlant. Je la conseille fortement.

Idéal pour Vacances familiales

Nous tenons tout d'abord à remercier le propriétaire, car il nous a permis de nous réunir avec notre famille, nous y avons passé d'excellente vacances. La maison est grande, ainsi que la terrasse et la piscine est superbe et sécurisé idéal pour des petits enfants. La maison est située dans la colline donc c'est calme bien pour des vacances repos, cela permet de se retrouver tous ensemble ,. Pour les activités ou sorties, il faut prendre la voiture. Une très belle location. Une des plus belles que nous ayons faites. Cela fait la deuxième fois que nous y allons et franchement tout était comme l'an passé. Super. L'accueil des propriétaires est plus que chaleureux ! Ils sont discrets mais présent si vous avez besoin d'eux. Franchement, une location a recommandé sans aucun soucis.

que dire de plus si ce n'est que vous serez assuré de passer des vacances paradisiaques : un cadre exceptionnel, forcément une assurance soleil, une maison parfaitement équipée avec en plus un entretien assuré par les propriétaires digne d'un hotel grand standing piscine et jardin de lauriers entretenus avec amour, sans parler du terrain de boules réaménagé chaque jour (surtout si vous en faites un champ de mines, comme nous....) cela fait 5 ans que nous y venons et nous avons déjà réservé pour l'année prochaine, voire +++++ vous repartirez de la-bas avec les larmes aux yeux, car il est impossible de ne pas devenir amis avec Cornélio et Maria, à moins d'etre grincheux meme pendant les vacances!!!!!

très belle location

Nous avons passé 15 j en famille dans un endroit de rêve. Tout est beau - la piscine est superbe.Le temps très chaud. Les propriétaires sont des gens très sympathique "Cornélio et Maria". Nous en avons fait des amis.

Incredible!!!!!vacances exceptionnelles agrémentées par Cornélio et Maria, des gens exceptionnels!!!!un cadre magnifique, une maison équipée au maximum sans parler de la piscine à 29°, le plus difficile est de repartir!!!!!nous y allons depuis + de 4 ans et y retournerons dès que nous pourrons! chaleur assurée tant extérieure que par les sentiments que nous éprouvons pour les propriétaires!!!bravo Cornélio pour tout
