" Where do we start?! What an incredible hotel. This was our first holiday with our five-month old baby and we were looked after wonderfully. The travel cot and baby bath were perfect, with a lovely kitchenette as well. Our baby was even given a little teddy bear as a gift! We have named him Hugo (after Hugo Lloris!). On our final day, even though we checked out at 11, the hotel allowed us to use their facilities for the rest of the day until our flight that evening. So very helpful! We can’t...

"Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful, but the hotel is out of the way, a bit, from the tourist areas (although the tram line is very convenient and runs all the time) and a tiny bit "sketchy" (homeless guy sleeping in the vestibule that I had to pass every time I left or returned...). But, there's a nice fruit and vegetable market on Wednesdays right around the corner too. BTW, the beds are HARD !"

"The only faults were the shower temperature that would suddenly go really hot or cold multiple times within a shower, and that you could essentially here everything happening outside of your room, so if you’re a light sleeper, I wouldn’t recommend.
