The villa Lindemann since 1886 family owned and is still inhabited by the descendants of Lindemann's. By September 2013, the garden level of the villa has been converted to a spacious apartment with 75 square meters of living space.

The large living room measures approximately 30 square meters. The comfortable sofa can be converted into a double bed on request. A large dining table seats 6 people and the reading chair is ideal for a cozy readers pause.
The 40-inch LCD TV has HD cable connection, a CD and DVD player are also included.

The eat-in kitchen with dining area for 5 persons is fully equipped with refrigerator, electric stove, oven and dishwasher.

The 'bay-bedroom' is equipped with a double bed (160 x 200 cm) and a chest of drawers.

In 'Red Bedroom' found two beds (90 x 200 cm) and a wardrobe. One of the beds during the day is stored as a pull-out bed under the other bed.

The bathroom has a bath with shower, sink and toilet.

2. The 800-square-foot garden plot adjacent to the Elbe and the rechtselbischen same bike path. The direct Elbzugang through the garden is possible to use the garden is the family reserved.

Breathtaking
We loved our stay! The parking was great. The house and apartment were like something out of a fairytale. There were extensive gardens and key access was given to the gate leading to the path by the Elbe. Dresden Innenstadt was within a 45 minute walk. The apartment was spacious and had everything that we needed including many places to sit. It was truly magical. Close to public transportation. We will most certainly be returning if ever in the area again.

Amazing home with beautiful grounds and access to the walk along the river.
Erik was a great host. The apartment is very comfortable, modern, and has a nice layout. There is a large outdoor area in the back that has access to the river. The are is quiet and also convenient to public transportation.

I would recommend you reserve a stay now. What a delightful surprise when Eric showed us the gardens that lead to a bike path along the Elbe. We stayed for 2 nights with our 3 daughters. Kitchen had all the amenities with a patio to eat our dinner while listening to the fountain. 30 minute walk to city center. Extremely clean and comfortable.

In einer tollen Ferienwohnung drei wunderschöne Tage in Dresden erlebt!
Die Ferienwohung "Villa Lindemann" ließ keine Wünsche offen. Sehr gute Ausstattung, viel Platz auch für 6 Personen, modern und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Herzlicher und freundlicher Empfang durch unseren Vermieter Herrn Braunreuther. Das Zentrum von Dresden ist gut erreichbar entweder zu Fuß (direkter Zugang zum Elbradweg) in ca. 30 Minuten bzw. mit der Straßenbahn 11 in ca. 15 Minuten. Sehr empfehlenswert! Wir waren rundum zufrieden. Nochmals herzlichen Dank an Herrn Braunreuther.

Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet und mit Liebe und Geschmack eingerichtet; im Sommer ist das Gartengeschoss/EG angenehm kühl. Die Lage (Sitzplatz mit Blick in den großen Garten, direkter Zugang zum Uferweg) ist ein Traum! Sehr freundliche Vermieter. Optimal für alle, die ein ruhiges Quartier im Grünen suchen.

Schönes Dreden
Wir waren für 4 Tage in der sehr schönen und im Sommer kühlen Wohnung. Es gibt einen tollen überdachten Platz zum draußen sitzen, wo man die Ruhe genießen kann. Die Anbindung in die Stadt ist praktisch. Auch Spaziergänge sind direkt von der Haustür an der Elbe möglich. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und wir hatten zu jeder Zeit einen Ansprechpartner.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung in bester Lage
Wir waren begeistert von der Wohnung und der Lage. Die Wohnung war sehr großzügig vom Platz her und sauber und ordentlich, alles vorhanden - sogar etwas mehr als man erwarten kann und hat einen herrlichen Garten. Die Villa selbst ist wunderschön und die Gastgeber freundlich, zuverlässig und hilfsbereit. Absolut zu empfehlen. Der Weg bis ins Zentrum zu Fuß ist etwa 40 Minuten und der Radweg grenzt direkt an das Grundstück. Es waren insgesamt absolut gelungene Tage in Dresden.

We really enjoyed our stay in villa. Hosts were very friendly and accommodating and the rental itself had everything we needed. The only minor drawback was that the tram line that takes you to the city is under construction so it is a a bit of awkward walking to the stop, but of course it has nothing to do with the rental itself. And if you have a bicycle you only need 15 min to old city. Would definitely stay again if visiting the town.
