A very lovingly and generously furnished apartment in a good, central location.
The apartment is very well equipped and is located on the ground floor. It can accommodate 2 adults and up to 2 children. A terrace with a view of the inner courtyard provides for a rest in the fresh air.

Enjoy your holiday directly at the recreation park, the "Great Garden" and benefit from the good connection to public transport. Thanks to its central location, you can reach all the sights without a car very well and spend relaxing holidays in our wonderful city. Should you still be traveling by car, there are enough public parking spaces in front of the house.

Internet, bed linen, hand and bath towels, accommodation and cleaning costs are included in the price.
For guests there is a double bed and a sofa bed, for 2 persons each.
In the living room there are plenty of seating and a dining table for a cozy atmosphere. Here is also the access to the terrace, which faces the quiet courtyard and invites to a meal in the fresh air.

The TV "Freenet TV DVBT2 HD", and an internet connection is available. Both can be used free of charge.
Final cleaning costs are included in the price.

Clean, convenient, and helpful host
This is a lovely apartment a few minutesa’ walk from public transportation that will take you all over Dresden. It was very clean and very quiet, and the perfect size and location for me and 17 year old daughter. I hope to return to Dresden, and when I do I will certainly try to stay here.

Lovely apartment, friendly and helpful owner
My partner and I stayed here in mid-December 2022 for a visit to Dresden’s Christmas Markets. The apartment is exactly as described, more spacious than I anticipated, and is lovely and comfortable. Our communications with the owner were pleasant, questions were quickly answered, and she was very helpful with information and arranging for a taxi to the airport. The apartment even had a cute little Christmas tree inside! The apartment’s location is some distance from downtown Dresden, but there is a bus stop not too far away and a tram stop about 3 blocks away, so getting around was fairly easy. The apartment building is quiet, and checking in was very easy with the owner’s instructions. The kitchen is very functional, and the combination washer/dryer was easy to use and conveniently located. I would highly recommend this apartment, and would stay here again. Thank you for a lovely visit!

A Home Away from Home
This apartment is a gem. It's comfortable, cozy, quiet, and charming. The location is great: within easy walking distance of the main park, public transportation, and stores. And the apartment owner is friendly, attentive, and very helpful. We loved everything about the place, and we would love to stay there again.

[English below] [DE] Die Wohnung ist super gemütlich eingerichtet und mit allen Annehmlichkeiten ausgestattet. Der Große Garten ist fünf Gehminuten entfernt und in weniger als zehn Minuten ist man an der Haltestelle in Strehlen, von wo aus man bequem überall in Dresden hinkommt. Auch wichtig, insbesondere im Moment: Die Wohnung war bei Übernahme tip-top sauber und die Vermieterin hat ein gut durchdachtes Hygienekonzept: kontaktlose Schlüsselübergabe, Lüften bei Abreise etc. Bonus: Falls Sie mit kleinen Kindern reisen, ist diese Wohnung ideal. Viel Platz zum Spielen, wenige Verletzungsrisiken und sogar Kindersicherungen in den Steckdosen. [ENG] The apartment is super cozy and has all the amenities. The apartment is located a five-minute walk from the park Großer Garten and less than a ten-minute walk from the bus, tram, and train stop in Strehlen. From there, you can get anywhere in Dresden easily. Just as important, especially in these times: The apartment was squeaky clean when we arrived, and the the owner has a well thought-out hygiene concept: contactless key pick-up, airing the apartment before departure, etc. Plus: If you are traveling with young kids, this apartment is ideal. Lots of room to play, minimal risk for little ones to get hurt, and it even comes with child safety locks in the outlets.

This property was perfect for our family of 3. Clean and looks exactly as pictures show. Close to several types of public transportation, short walk to the Zoo and Striezelmarkt. Good and easy communication from host.

Check in was difficult. The owner told us the key was in the mailbox located along the side of the driveway. There were no mailboxes along the driveway. The location is not that convenient to transit. Neighborhood was great, unit was clean. Would get closer to town next time.

This is a nice apartment and very clean. It had everything we wanted. There is a bus stop a block and a half away that is served by three bus routes. We did find that we needed to change buses and trams several times to get to most of the places we wanted to go. Buses and trams run frequently so this isn't a big problem.

Der große Park list ganz nah und die Trambahn in die Innenstadt 15 Minuten entfernt. Die Wohnung liegt von der Straße abgewandt. Dafür ist der Zugverkehr in unmittelbarer Nähe der Wohnung auf der Bahntrasse etwas störend, ansonsten ist es ruhig. Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt in Dresden zu empfehlen.

Excellente Gastgeberin
5 ÜN im Spätsommer 2024. Fewo war perfekt ausgestattet, der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin war überaus freundlich und unkompliziert. Wir besuchten ein Konzert in der Jungen Garde, dafür war die Lage perfekt, nur 3 Gehminuten vom Grossen Garten entfernt. ÖPNV, Lebensmitteleinzelhandel und Gastro ebenfalls fußläufig. Ein perfekter Kurzurlaub
Die Ferienwohnung hat den Kurzurlaub in Dresden perfekt gemacht. Die liebevoll eingerichtete Wohnung hatte alles, was man braucht. Die Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin war mehr als sehr gut. Sie hat immer sofort geantwortet. Ich würde die Ferienwohnung immer wieder für einen Aufenthalt in Dresden buchen. Alles perfekt.

Die FeWo ist sehr sauber! Allerdings ist das Sofa fusselig, wenn man es aufklappt. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet! Das Bett ist für ein paar Nächte bequem. Die Tage waren warm. Der Ventilator hat geholfen, die Wohnung zu kühlen. Verkehrsanbindung ist gut und in der Nähe. Wir haben uns wohlgefühlt!
