Excellent stop-over in very clean room with comfortable bed and nice shower. It was very quiet and the receptionist was super helpful. Although in a commercial estate, there are plenty of fast food and bistros within walking distance. It was easy to find, with a large car park. Pets accepted. Excellent value for money.

Dreaux b&b hotel

Rooms were good, however there are no tea / coffee makibg facilitates in rhe rooms. Coffee machine in reception area (takes card and xash, reception had no change). Ok as a stopover but rhats all.

Bon rapport qualité-prix

La chambre était très correcte pour le prix proposé, avec un bon niveau de confort. Cependant, la communication interne laisse à désirer. J’avais demandé un départ tardif via la plateforme de réservation, et l’hôtel avait validé ma demande la veille. Pourtant, le lendemain, une dame est venue me demander de partir sans prendre en compte cet accord. Je comprends que le départ tardif dépend des disponibilités, mais une fois validé, il serait logique de respecter cette décision et de s’assurer que les informations circulent correctement entre les équipes. Mention spéciale au jeune homme de l’accueil, très professionnel et accueillant, qui m’a aidé à retrouver mon numéro de réservation B&B (différent de celui d’Hôtels.com). Son aide a été précieuse et appréciée. Futurs voyageurs, assurez-vous que toutes les équipes ont bien reçu votre demande, surtout si vous prévoyez de faire une demande spéciale, pour éviter toute surprise désagréable.

Arrivé à 22h environ, impossible d'ouvrir le portail avec mon numéro de confirmation Hotel.com. Accès à la borne automatique à l'entrée, numéro de réservation pas reconnu, une personne fini par m'aider. Petit déjeuner très moyen, une malheureuse tranche de jambon et un type de fromage sans goût, 14 € sur Hotel.com, c'est du vol !
