"Very overrated Hotel it does not deserve the ratings! They can't cope at breakfast time and there is not enough room for the guests to have the breakfast! Not enough staff to replenish the food clear away the tables. As for the spar they wanted €32 for 3 hours to use the facilities. We got this free as someone had already paid and not turned up! But I had paid for this I would have been extremely disappointed, the jacuzzi water was not hot but cold, the steam room was so small and the sauna...

"This is a new hotel. This hotel has several buildings, some are 3 stars and some are 4 stars but there is really no difference between them, they are all the same. We were in the 4 stars building that was connected directly to the water park. We went there with our robs and it was very comfortable. The entry was complementary with out stay. There were many saunas inside there and it was really fun."

We were told we must be present at the breakfast room from 8am to 9am (and explained it was because of covid reason to have less clients at the same time because later hours were booked). "It is the best hotel with a SPA in Druskininkai. Excellent massage procedures, relaxing atmosphere and top-notch customer service experience. I got a lovely surprise from the hotel restaurant for my birthday - a fruit basket and a bottle of champagne. We will come back for sure! "
