"The service was unbelievable from the moment I checked in until the moment I checked out. I was supposed to have 2 rooms but unfortunately my wife and daughter couldn’t travel due to my daughter taking ill. Christopher who was on reception managed to put me on a higher floor which was very much appreciated under the circumstances. All in all a top 5 star hotel"

"This all-inclusive resort was incredible! Food, drinks, service, beach, pools, and rooms were all top notch. Contrary to what some people have said, drinks are NOT watered down and will pack a nice punch. Aside from their typical drinks, I highly recommend you try the drink of the day. In terms of food offerings, they have 4 restaurants (all buffets), a sports bar (beef and chicken burgers, hot dogs, all the fixings, fruits, desserts, and a soda machine), and a snack bar. We mostly at ate the main buffet as it offered many different things each day. They have 3 speciality restaurants: Italian, Lebanese, and Asian. We loved the Lebanese and Asian restaurants. Unfortunately, we missed our reservation to the Italian restaurant due to an unforseen circumstance but hope to try it the next time we visit. Thank you for an exceptional experience Hotel Riu Dubai!"

"A beautiful hotel in a wonderful location. The staff were so welcoming, polite and accommodating. Our room was perfect and very comfortable. The pool areas and beach were amazing with plenty of sunbeds and complimentary beach towels. A great choice of restaurants too. We had an amazing stay at this beautiful hotel and to return again in the future."
