This is a great place to stay in Al Barsha

The safe did not work. Had to ask for additional cutlery. Not enough kitchen equipment. Had to ask for toilet roll and clean towels. Staff were polite and trying to help where possible . Car park was convenient. Fridge freezer was very good. Appartement was very spacious.

Management is not up to the standard. Any comment is not fulfilled. The room is full mosquitoes and ask for management to take care of it no result. My body is all beaten by mosquitoes. Bed bug is all over manager said will change room but no result. Really got tired of asking. Management is just seating and asking how is everything but no action. I am sad. I left for another hotel.

A bit disappointed
This is my umpteenth stay at this property and while I enjoy staying there as it suits my needs and the staff recognise me after many years of patronizing the appartments. I use the place strictly for accomodation. There is no minibar and I have never used room service. So what a suppose when I get asked for the first time to have a security deposit taken from my credit card and what deposit was that you may ask? 100 AED...A$40 or US$27! really?... some overzealous bean counter decided that we should take a security deposit in case the client rashes the apartment. I can understand that. But 100 dirhams won't buy you much... Anyway enough ranting! I love the staff who were simply doing their job. I just wish management would get off the staff's back and not put them in these kinds of situation where they have to face upset regular clients with silly new rules and regulations.

Great Experience, Delicious Breakast Tasty Indian Meal and wonderful hospitality by Afzal and Chef Shubham - Both have been very kind and helpful to us 😇😇 Tea was also really awesome Lovely Memories and Nice ambience,, Must Visit with family & friends 😇😇🙏🙏 Afzal and Shubham were awesome in dining area as they coordinate and serve food with utmost hospitality which makes this place really unique. Also the other hotel staff was so kind and helpful like they don't let you down for anything. Anyone who is looking for family vibes and need to spend home like atmosphere in Dubai can easily stay at this hotel and you will get everything you need. Also good nearby restaurant, pharmacy and grocery shop which makes life more easy. Thanks to hotel management.
