The building and decor of the hotel itself is attractive, however, at times requested service would take a long time to be completed, so you would have to ask again. Daily cleaning was very surface level. Quite a few staff could be somewhat dismissive at times. The breakfast choices weren’t great, but luckily there was a nice cafe and convenience shop up the road. If there was an option to give the hotel a 2.5 stars, I would, as there was some pleasant staff. But overall the experience could have been better.

The front desk made my day and my stay they are may be the friendliest i have ever met in a hotel. The Hotel location is the only downside as it is a bit away from central Dubai but new clean and comfortable i had a car so i drove extra miles to my destination but it was worth staying at a new hotel with excellent service. When the price is reasonable weight your options an extra half an hour drive is worth it or not.

I would strongly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Dubai, particularly tourists and business travelers. The hotel is clean, the staff are incredible, and it's conveniently located near the metro station, just a short walk away. My wife and I had a wonderful time and we intend to book here again. The surrounding area is also pleasantly calm and quiet.
