Lovely hotel and staff very friendly and helpful. The free shuttle bus to get to various locations in Dubai is an excellent service. The hotel is near where my family live in Dubai so location for me was perfect. I will definitely stay at this hotel again. The breakfast was very good.

This hotel maintained the usual high standards of Holiday Inns around the world. I found the staff very helpful, and willing to go that extra mile to help me, including extending the check-in and check-out times to accommodate my early morning arrival in Dubai, and my late evening departure. Clean property, nice breakfast buffet, Daisy was amazing!! She was friendly, helpful, and accommodating. Surrounding area was nice and clean but there were very few other buildings -flat sandy view with a pretty round-a-bout and city in the distance.

Light of the bed was not working and usb plugin in the desk too. Rumors by man at work into the hotel during the night and I had to cal 3 time in order to get silence because I couldn’t sleep. The apologies from hotel the day after with a cask of fruit is not enough for the inconvenient.
