The overall experience was great, clean hotel with excellent common areas, nice and friendly staff. Good and various breakfast. Hôtel location is great if you are attending events or meetings in the area of World Trade Center. The hotel offers free shuttle bus to different locations in the city.

The front desk staff was very helpful and welcoming. They answered all my questions. We used the shuttle service, very good. Also, the pool and the locker for our luggage. All very easy to do.
