Overall nice, facilities are a bit dated. There was water damage in the bathroom, sink leaked on our clothes and the light switches are a nightmare. Pool could do with a bit of an update too other. They did a Christmas BBQ which was excellent and the staff and chef were very friendly. Staff are good, bar prices are stupidly high and the place needs some TLC. All in all okay but better places to stay in Dubai for the same money.

After arriving at the hotel we were given too many buy on additions to the stay but that wasn’t made clear until after the long conversation. I think this should be removed from staff protocol. I just wanted to get to my room and sleep. The hotel in general was clean, and all members of staff were polite and helpful. Members of staff at the front door and the cleaners of the room were exceptional and deserve all credit for the great stay. It was a lovely experience and would stay again.

VIP no more stay away awful hotel! This is NOT a VIP hotel. Stayed here 2 years ago and received an upgrade to a club accesss room. Upon asking M*oustafa said we would have to buy breakfast the he could give it to us. Worst customer service I have seen in my life. 1 star hotel at most. At 3:30PM room wasn’t ready. Room given was awful! Switched rooms 3 times. Worst experience in Dubai. Thanks for ruining our trip. Read all bad reviews they are true. Stay away from this hotel!!!
