"Everything was great, including how staff communicated, facilities (gym and pool), check in and checkout, parking and ease of use, fast response from registration. A few subtle issues: - the building seems old, for example the thermostat in the room was a very old manual one - room was not very clean, we did see a small cockroach in one of the bathrooms once. - the location of the building is too far from dubai center.
