"it is an amazing place to stay, just exceptional. Amazing food, amazing customer services, shopping... etc.. all over the top! But it is not a quiet place. They have thousands of rooms. The hotel is very busy. My most memorable experience... bottomless mimosas during brunch (mimosas with Moet Chandon!).. love, love, love, love..... "

"On expedia is notes that we could get a complimentary room upgrade however the hotel noted that we could do the upgrade but it would costs us. As we wanted to upgrade from a room without a balcony to a room with a balcony, we paid regardless. Otherwise the staff was amazing and very accommodating, breakfast was great, the rooms are very clean and a it is in a superb location. You are very close to the walkway of the marina and there is so much to do in the area. Would come back here again the next time I am in Dubai!"

"Modern sleek hotel, with spacious rooms and some overlook Burj Khalifa 😍 … The hotel is conveniently located minutes away from Dubai Mall (can walk via the airconditioned metro tunnel). Taxis and Metro station are at your doorstep. Staff are professional and friendly. Great buffet breakfast, but the seating area is considered small in comparision to the hotel, so the staff might allocate you a table further away from the buffet. We stayed at this hotel for 8 nights and would recommend it for families and business travellers. "

"This is the BEST hotel experience I’ve had in my life! The staff is the best. We met James on arrival who helped open the taxi door, helped with our bags, assisted us to the room. Our entire stay he was always available to help with anything we needed. He advised us about attractions and everything we needed to know. Sylvia at the front desk was warm and inviting. She made sure we got a very good room with views to die for. She was able to answer questions we had. I got a Spa gift for my birthday which was a nice offer. Every single staff member had a smile and always offered help even when we didn’t need it. Dining room staff were nice as well. JW Marriott Marquis Dubai owes us nothing except a trip back."
