Properly is awesome, front desk staff gave mixed answers, wanted a car seat for child and was told its first come will get it, when i was ready for it i was told its only for taxis to use and cant have it.. and ahead of booking we messaged and they said if needed they will accommodate... so not sure why all the different answers but wasnt happy about that

The staff were excellent to find solutions for the customer, traveling with a 5yo child who needs activity is a challenge, however even I arrived 2 hours early for check-in, the staff gave me the room and the access to the pool.
Thank you.
Note: the only inconvenient was the door that give access to the pool, the door holder is broken, my child opened the door and it went back strongly to his face and hurt his fingers too. I reported it.
