"Stayed in the hotel for a concert at Gilsenkirchen. The hotel’s own gated parking was very convenient, the room was quiet and very comfortable. Entry into the property is via a keypad and then there is another keypad on the door, which was ideal for us as we were often coming and going at different times. The door into the flat opens straight into the living room where one of the beds (a sofa converted into a double bed, bit stiff) is based. Hotel is right next to train station which is very convenient but the area is a bit dirty and there were many beer bottles scattered around (not in front of the hotel specifically, it was a nice hotel just not a great area!)"

"The hotel seems to have had a recent make over and a re-brand. The room was immaculately clean and the bathroom looked new and was also very good. My only criticism is the lack of amenities; if you want a kettle or iron you need to go to a store cupboard on the ground floor to get it yourself and there is no fridge in the room. Apart from that my partner and I enjoyed the quiet and were very pleased with the room quality"
