"Check in location is a few minutes walk away from actual apartments, which I knew. But they dont even offer to take you or your luggage to the location. The heat didnt work and after multiple attempts to get someone they finally came over and changed our apartment to yet another apartment with no heat and limited working outlets.Customer service is none existent. It was near a shopping center and some fast food but I wouldve rather traveled for food and been comfortable. "

"I really enjoyed my week here. The property was very quiet and clean. The front desk crew were lovely. Great location (air coach to the airport literally at the front door). Lots of restaurants, pubs, and the beautiful St. Stephen’s Green close by. In-suite dishwasher and clothes washer came in handy. I would not hesitate to stay here again. "

"The communication and check in process were great. Our group dynamics required a three bedroom which is how this was listed and advertised. Unfortunately it put a bit of a damper on the last night of a great trip. I highly recommend it for a group that only requires two bedrooms, not three."

"Wonderful stay, great location! The apartment could use some minor cosmetic improvements but overall a great stay and all amenities you could need with a full kitchen! Easy to access especially with the new smart lock process, very flexible with early check in when possible. I would love to stay again in Dublin at this property but would request if possible a unit on the side that overlooks the busy bustling Temple Bar alleyway (Crown Ally rather than Cope Street). Overall a great stay!"

"The property was very clean and in good repair. The emails are in pale grey font which makes them hard to read. There was no way to reach the property, as the reply link did not contact anyone. The bed was very uncomfortable."

"Well, I had really high hopes for this place because it was in the city center however it was not the experience we were hoping for. We had to message the host before arriving asking for check-in instructions because none were sent prior and we wanted to make sure that everything was good before arriving. We go to arrive and we ask the host if there is parking because the listing says that there is parking but the one thing the listing does not state is that you have to pay for parking in three...

"This location is extremely convenient to everything in the main area of the city. It’s located just a block or two from Temple Bar and you can pretty much walk to any shopping area or attraction nearby. Highly recommend just for that alone. We did encounter one pretty large bed bug in the bedroom but we didn’t get massively bit for the most part so we were okay. Our two little kids didn’t get bit at all and that’s what we cared about so it didn’t bother us for the trip but we did get home and...
