I emailed the hotel to ask for some fairly pertinent info. and they were very responsive and helpful. It was extremely convenient to fly out of the Dublin airport the next morning since they provide a 24-hour shuttle. I appreciate the entire staff's service. Top notch!

Very loud hotel. Lots of drunken and loud patrons which did not make the hotel seem very safe. Very loud to be able to get sleep. No schedule to their hotel shuttle which made it very difficult for planning. For the same price, the quality was so much higher at the Crowne Plaza and the surroundings were so much nicer and classier and the shuttle actually had a schedule and didn’t leave large groups of people waiting. I’d stay there instead in a heart beat.

Nice airport hotel. Hotel bus will not drop off at terminals however. Only drops off to a central location. Staff seemed uninterested to clients to a degree. Otherwise rooms were fine.
