The staff are very helpful and efficient. Thank you to Carolina at the checkin. She and her colleagues were very accommodating. Also thank you to the duty manager (Uros Kovanovic) for a such of breakfast service operation that with so many people was going very smoothly. Good place to stay, very good location!

Nice hotel, easy walk to attractions we want to see. The elevator only goes up to 5th floor, we have to carry our luggages to our room which is on 6th floor. I also unable to find the hair dryer to dry my hair

This is a beautiful hotel with a very professional and accommodating staff. The breakfast that is included in the stay is delicious and has a nice variety. The only draw back is the noise on the street level and nearby parking garage tends to carry. Otherwise, this hotel was a great choice for us.

You can’t go wrong with the RIU chain hotel wax excellent not far from airport about 20 mins staff friendly and helpful and rooms clean and spacious would definitely stop again
