The staff was top notch! The room upgrade gave us the best view of Dubrovnik and it was only a 5 minute walk into Old Town. There were many food options at the hotel which made it very convenient. Couldn’t have asked for a better stay.

This an excellent hotel. The staff is awesome especially Ivo the reception manager, Vesna from reception, Rafaela from the concierge, and all the girls from the restaurants. Amazing service!

Hotel Excelsior is the best
Breathtaking view of the sea along with pristine rooms and excellent food make this 5 star hotel a must stay! It’s a 7 minute walk into Old Town and an easy taxi/uber to the ports and airport . Great location! The staff is very helpful and friendly and will help in any way they can .

The best hotel in dubrovnik - Old with modern
Vesna and Marko took excellent care of us during our stay. We were upgraded to the Presidential Suite and also booked an additional room for the kids. The hotel is welcoming and clean, and every staff member, from the bellboy and concierge to the masseuses at the spa and the pool attendants, is highly professional. The cliff and beach area are stunning, with ladders for easy access and a jumping wall for added fun. The hotel's breakfast is definitely five-star quality. We will definitely be back.
