Although we were tired enough to fall asleep, there is a loud bar with music in the same alley. Staff was helpful and made our stay enjoyable. Breakfast delivered to the room was a nice touch.

Excellent location in Old Town. Staff were very friendly and communicated well prior to arrival. Room was spacious and clean, bathroom was good. Breakfast was limited but convenient. No elevator so if you have a lot of luggage it can be a haul.

It is hardly a 4 star hotel. 3 maybe. Breakfast choices were limited and room service only. Bread without butter and/or jam Ran out of hot water during shower. This happened in both our rooms. Nevertheless, reception staff was very friendly and helpful.

Wonderful hotel on a side street in the old town of Dubrovnik, location is unbeatable for the price. No restaurant, but they brought breakfast into the room in the morning if you want to stay in the old town, it’s a good value.

Based in the old town but only 2 steps up from the Stradun (great if you have a lot of luggage) A bit of noise in the evening but not too bad (we were on the 3rd floor) Perfectly located for all the amenities of the old town. Friendly staff. Good breakfast served in the rooms

Nice local hotel, smack in the center of the old town. Nice staff. It's not as a great as the photos suggest. No balconies, you are looking at the adjacent wall. If you come with luggage, beware. Parking is 15 minutes away minimum. The recommended parking garage ripped us off. Not the hotels fault but I ask them to never recommend this again. They charged 304 EUR instead of the adversities 80 EUR for less than two days parking. Very bad feeling leaving Dubrovnik. Generally the city is now overpriced. We won’t come back for a while.

We loved our visit to Dubrovnik . City is buzzing and friendly lovely staff everywhere . Hotel was relaxed and mini apartment room at 4 th floor. . Do not get dropped of at the Buza Gate wrong gate into city as there is very large stairs down to street all the way to the to bottom . Ask taxi to take you to Pile or Ploce gate . Hotel staff and convience to everything from their hotel level is superb.

A gem in Dubrovnik old town
Lovely hotel in the heart of the old town, friendly and helpful staff, and a great room service breakfast! Worth being aware that all rooms are accessed via stairs as there is no elevator, but staff were very happy to help with bags.
